us with opportunity to "integrate" our own key methodologies and
competencies with those of other training and development professionals
to create high-quality Integrated Training Solutions.

the Delta Synergy Design Team will work in partnership
with your internal training department or staff to create a truly
unique and integrated solution that will achieve your objectives.
Since its inception, Delta Synergy has been committed to providing
corporate training and development that has long-term
impact. For that reason, all Delta Synergy Corporate Training
and Development Programs include follow-up processes and
programs as part of the overall program design. As a standard option,
Delta provides ½ day or follow-up training for every one day of
corporate training provided. Delivered within 90
days of the original program, a follow-up program will re-visit
the outcomes and action plans from the original program and allow
participants to re-connect with the energy and commitment from the
original program.
 
Certainly a crucial and perhaps the most important part of the Experiential
Training and Development process is the debrief. By debriefing
directly after the activity is completed, Delta engages participants
to draw out key learnings and allow them to begin turning that learning
into tangible application strategies for positive workplace change.
Delta uses a wide variety of methods and strategies to guide groups
in learning from experience by asking them important, self-reflective
questions. Different debriefing techniques and strategies are sequenced
into the overall program design format to ensure strong impact in
creating outcomes that can be transferred into real
changes strategies for your organization.
